Almost U2, born from the Asbury Park-based band Misfit Johnny, is a tribute to the live experience of the iconic band U2. Almost U2 performs their tribute with spot-on accuracy and attention to detail, paying homage to some of the greatest moments in concert history from the past 4 decades: Red Rocks, LiveAid, Slane Castle, and more. Due to the current pandemic (Covid-19), ticket buyer and members of the ticket buyer’s party understand that there are inherent risks associated with attending performances, events and classes presented by Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) at our building and in the community, and agree to assume all risks with regard to the pandemic. Ticket buyer and members of the ticket buyer’s party agree to voluntarily waive, release, defend, indemnify and save harmless MPAC together with its employees, volunteers, Board of Trustees, artists, sponsors and affiliates against any damages, claims, lawsuits, liabilities, attorney fees and expenses which they may sustain, be subjected to, or caused to incur should ticketholder or members in of his/her party contract Covid-19 or any other illness or injuries related to the Covid-19 virus including death or otherwise.
Ticket buyer and members of the ticket buyer’s party agree to observe and obey all instructions, warnings, or other requirements provided on site, including wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, temperature checks, participating in contact tracing if necessary and other guidance that may be communicated on site or in advance of the event. Failure to follow MPAC guidelines at any time will result in expulsion from the theater without a refund.
