The MPAC App can be found in the Apple App Store or the Google Play App Store. Try searching “Mayo Performing Arts Center” or “MPAC” to find the app.
Once you have downloaded the app, click “Log in to access” under the My Tickets section of the home screen. Use the email and login information you would normally use to purchase your tickets from MPAC on your desktop computer.
Once you are logged in, you can access your tickets under the “My Tickets” tab on the home screen or in the Account section by clicking the circle icon in upper righthand corner of the app.
This mobile ticket features scannable barcode that can be used for entry to the theatre in place of physical or print-at-home tickets. No more paper needed!
Tickets can only be scanned once, whether in mobile or printed form.
Visit the “My Tickets” section to view your upcoming performances.
Click on the performance you would like to transfer, then click the “Send to a Friend” button in the yellow area beneath the barcode. You will be asked to select the seats you wish to send to a friend and can do so via email. The recipient will receive these via email through our application provider “Instant Encore” so please ask them to be on the look out for that name in their inbox. The scannable mobile tickets will be sent right to them in the email!
Please note: if there are any date movements or cancelations of a performance and tickets have already been sent to a friend, the sender is responsible for notifying the recipient.
Once you are logged in, your Membership Status will display under the “Membership” tab on the home screen of the app, or be available in the Account section of the app.
