This refund protection allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to covered unforeseen circumstances.

Covered reasons include:

  • Illness of patron or dependant
  • Weather
  • Transportation delays
  • Home emergencies including burglary, flood or fire
  • Military service
  • Jury duty
  • Job loss or relocation

Please note: This coverage does not cover a change of mind or change of plans. Documentation will be required to request refunds. Full details can be found in the terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Secure My Booking refund protection is automatically calculated based on your ticket order total. The cost is 5-8% of your total order.

Covered reasons include illness or death of patron or dependent, inclement weather, transportation and more. Click here to view the complete terms and conditions of the Secure My Booking coverage.

Patrons may submit a claim directly to Secure My Booking via this link, within 60 days of the event. Documentation or proof of circumstances will be required.

No, Secure My Booking coverage must be selected during the purchase process.

No. When your ticket order is refunded by MPAC because of a performance cancellation or rescheduled event, the amount paid for Secure My Booking on that order is not. Your refund will include the face value of the ticket plus MPAC service fees only. Your refund protection fee has covered you from the moment you completed your initial order.

Changes of plans are not covered, including travel or social/personal engagements (i.e. weddings or school events). For more complete details on the covered reasons, please view the terms and conditions.

Claims submitted without documentation will not be approved.

If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, MPAC will continue to offer refunds or account credits.

All MPAC ticket sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges, unless you are a member or season ticket holder.

MPAC membership benefits include free and flexible exchanges for account credits, up to 48 hours in advance of the show, for any reason.

Secure My Booking is an optional additional cost, and will refund patrons through the show date and up to 60 days after the show, for covered reasons with documentation.

Refund Protection is not needed for Parking reservations. If your plans should change, please call the box office to request a parking refund.
