The Mayo Performing Arts Center is a 1300+ seat fully equipped performing arts space. In addition, there are smaller locations at the venue that may be available as reception spaces and meeting rooms. Rental includes the theatre complex, basic lighting, ushers, basic curtains and soft goods. Additional production personnel and equipment will be required at an additional charge depending on the technical requirements of the performance.
The Theatre is available for rental based on space availability. Rental rates are based on day of the week of the rental, technical requirements, type of performance, as well as other factors. Discounts are provided for not-for-profit organizations. The rate does not include any promotional or advertising support.
Additional charges will be incurred for ticketing systems and sales, additional technical requirements, stagehands and other personnel, merchandise sales, recording, specialized equipment, sound system requirements, backline requirements, security, and any other additional services.

This historic concert hall dates back to 1937 when it opened as a movie theatre.
Now beautifully updated, it is on a technological par with other similar facilities in the state.
The Mainstage rental includes:
• Accommodations for 1300+ guests (1007 Orchestra; 312 Balcony) in the auditorium and up to 100 guests on stage, seated
• Marquee listing for your event
• State of the art lighting and sound capability
Rates start at $4,000, however we find that, dependent on a number of variables, the total cost of using the theatre is about $10,000 or more for a single day, depending on technical and crew requirements.
The Starlight Room is a 1,730 square foot fully accessible reception hall with dramatic 15’ floor to ceiling windows and is a perfect space for a private reception, pre or post show party, conferences, and presentations.
The Starlight Room also offers:
• Private VIP entrance, separate from the theatre
• Private restrooms
• VIP access to theatre seating
•Full Service Bar
•Can accommodate up to 125 for a reception, 100 for a meeting or small performance, and 75 for a sit down, catered event

The Balcony Lobby is a 1,300 square foot art gallery with two full-service bars for private receptions.
The Balcony Lobby offers:
• Can accommodate up to 75 standing
• Two permanent bars
