In Today’s Data Driven and Task Orientated World abilities such as Creativity, Collaboration and even the ability to have Deep Thought and Reflection are often lost. The Arts encourage and develop abilities resulting in new Innovations and Opportunities. The 1st Annual Arts & Innovation, “Inspiring Growth & Opportunity” will discuss these items in-depth.

Background

The program will consist of two focused panel discussions: the first on the topic of Arts & Innovation as it relates to Workforce Development and the second Panel will focus on the difference between STEM, STEAM and STEM Arts.

Each Panel discussion will feature a diverse Speaker set with expertise from the Arts, Business, Non-Profits and Industry Recognized Speakers. The in-depth panel discussions will analyze and discuss the topics in-depth along with focus on real world success stories and tangible takeaways.

In between each Panel Discussion a focused Thought Leadership Segment will discuss a follow up concept to the previous Panel Discussion with a Community or Business Leader. At the conclusion of the Formal Program, attendees will have the ability to participate in interactive discussions on topics presented during the program.

The 1st Annual Arts & Innovation Summit is Presented by First Night Morris County’s FNM365 Program and Advisory Board.
