On April 4th, David Sedaris returns to MPAC! David Sedaris is one of America’s pre-eminent humor writers. He is a master of satire and one of today’s most observant writers. Beloved for his personal essays and short stories, his books routinely appear on the New York Times bestseller list.
On April 11th, experience a night of captivating true stories told live as The Moth takes five storytellers to New Jersey for back-to-back shows. The iconic storytelling podcast will feature performances at McCarter Theatre and MPAC featuring the same tellers sharing their stories back-to-back. The Moth is a nonprofit that celebrates the commonality and diversity of human experience through the art and craft of true, personal storytelling.
On April 20th, Drew University presents the third event of its 2025-2026 Drew Forum series at Mayo Performing Arts Center, held in collaboration with MPAC.
Bestselling author and journalist Douglas Murray has dedicated much of the past few years to reporting from the frontlines in Ukraine and Gaza. Murray discusses the strategic and moral imperatives for the West to secure victories in both wars, highlighting the broader implications for global stability and democracy.
