Sharon Kessel has been named MPAC’s Volunteer of the Month of September.
This recognition program is designed to shine a light on the many individuals who contribute their time and energy toward making MPAC and the MPAC customer experience a success.
Sharon has been volunteering at MPAC for two years. She typically serves as an usher and line manager. “I volunteer at MPAC as a way to give back to the community and also as a way to feel connected to the community,” she says. “I love interacting with the patrons. My fellow volunteers are all amazing people as well!”
“Sharon she puts her whole heart into volunteering. When we needed help outside guiding patrons through our new security system, she raised her hand to be outside in the heat and rain to make sure everyone was well informed about the system and to get the patrons inside with ease. Change isn’t easy, and we appreciate the extra support! Her spirit and upbeat attitude help running the Front of House that much easier,” said Erin Pach, MPAC’s Front of House Director.
