Although our physical doors may be closed, I am delighted to report that our staff has been working hard behind the scenes.
I am pleased to inform you that this week MPAC will be unveiling a new ticketing system. Our new system will have many features that will improve your process of purchasing a ticket, registering for classes and managing your membership.
The new enhancements include:
- Overall better online purchasing experience
- My Account section displays your upcoming events, account credits, membership details and account information in one place
- The ability to apply account credits directly to your purchase
- Calendar and List views for events
- Faster password recovery
- Choose your interests so we can contact you about similar events
Additional new features will be added in the months ahead.
If you have any questions, something doesn’t look correct in your account, or some aspect of the system doesn’t seem to be working properly, please contact our box office. We appreciate your patience as we launch this new system and look forward to serving you better than ever!
