Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) has a new look for its 25th season!
MPAC is unveiling a new logo, its first logo change since 2011. It is part of an overall rebranding of the organization as it looks toward the future.
“This is an exciting year in MPAC’s history,” said Allison Larena, President and CEO, MPAC. “We are celebrating our 25th anniversary, making it a perfect time to introduce the MPAC of the future with a new look and feel, including a new logo.”
The new logo exemplifies the excitement and energy that MPAC brings to the community, and captures the feeling that patrons experience when they come to MPAC. The new look reflects a dynamic arts presence that MPAC brings to the town.
Furthermore, the updated logo:
- Positions MPAC as an exciting and fun performing arts organization
- Positions MPAC as a unique, active and cutting edge organization
- Positions MPAC as the premier performing arts center in the area
- Gives MPAC a readily identifiable “stamp” that serves as an easily identifiable feature
- Appeals to a younger demographic while honoring the current reputation of MPAC’s brand
In addition to its 1,319 seat concert hall which hosts over 200 events on stage annually, MPAC has one of the most progressive Performing Arts School education programs in New Jersey, which includes The Miracle Project New Jersey, its performing arts program for children and young adults on the autism spectrum and other special needs. Through concerts, classes and free community events, MPAC brought arts experiences to over 243,000 people during its 2018-2019 season, which concluded on June 30.
The logo was designed by Second Melody, a branding studio located in Morristown specializing in identity development, messaging, customer engagement, website design, collateral creation and user experience.
