Per Governor Murphy’s Executive Order 183, we can offer indoor events for up to 250 patrons, and 30% capacity as of May 19.
If an event is rescheduled or canceled, we will contact ticketholders by email with options in regard to your purchase. Below is our most up-to-date status on rescheduled performances. If you have tickets to any of these shows, and cannot make the new date, please contact our box office at boxoffice@mayoarts.org.
The Box Office is open walk-ups sales from 10 am – 4 pm, Monday– Thursday, as well as phone sales Mondays-Fridays from 10 am – 4 pm, and two hours prior to events.

I have tickets to a postponed event, what do I do?
If you have questions about your tickets to an upcoming event, please email the box office at boxoffice@mayoarts.org.
If you have tickets for any rescheduled performance, the following actions are possible:
We will also refund any advance parking that has been purchased.
When do account credits expire?
Account credits have been extended through June 30, 2022.
Are you selling tickets for future events?
View our Events Calendar to see the current schedule. You can purchase your tickets worry-free with our flexible COVID-19 ticket policy. We will roll out announcements with new events as they are available to go onsale. Our 2021-2022 season will be announced in late Spring.
Will Members and Season Ticket Holders still have advance purchasing opportunities?

What if you have an event and I don’t feel comfortable attending?
We will continue to have a relaxed policy for returning tickets for credits moving forward as needed based on the situation at that time.
How will you create a safe environment at the Theatre?
