The Mayo Performing Arts Center is currently offering non-paying internships in various departments of their 1,300 seat Performing Arts Center, presenting over 160 performances throughout the year. Internships are available in: Development/Fundraising, Arts Education, Arts Management, House Management, Marketing/Public Relations and Production.
The Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ seeks a part time Mon-Fri 9:00am–2:00 pm assistant to the finance director with various day to day accounting functions. The assistant will be required to perform A/P and A/R data entry in the accounting system, make phone calls for collections, light filing, reporting and other duties as needed. The candidate must be skilled in Microsoft Office. Must be on time, an energetic self-starter, a team player and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ seeks a part time financial analyst to assist the finance director with various monthly and annual analytical reports. The assistant will be required to create and update existing analytical reports and other duties as needed. Part time hours are approx. 20-30 hours per month. The candidate must be skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel. Must be on time, an energetic self-starter, a team player and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. MPAC is seeking a full-time janitorial and maintenance person to help maintain and clean a 1300 seat performing arts center and its grounds on a daily basis. Must be flexible to work days/evenings/weekends or when needed. Must be able to lift heavy boxes, and have knowledge of general facility maintenance and repairs. Must have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable handling financial transactions and dealing with high pressure situations. Nights and weekends required. Bilingual a plus.
