The Community Theatre is a 1200+ seat fully equipped performing arts space. In addition there are smaller locations at the venue that may be available as reception spaces and meeting rooms. Rental includes the theatre complex, basic lighting, Front of House management and ushers, basic curtains and soft goods, lighting technician and sound engineer. Additional production personnel and equipment will be required at an additional charge depending on the technical requirements of the performance.

The Theatre is available for rental basis on a space available basis. Rental rates are based on day of the week of the rental, technical requirements, type of performance and other factors. Discounts are provided for not-for-profit organizations.

Additional charges will be incurred for ticketing systems and sales; additional technical requirements; stagehands and other personnel; merchandise sales; recording; specialized equipment; sound system requirements; backline requirements, security and any other additional services.

Mainstage
The Community Theatre auditorium offers a unique environment for your special event. This historic concert hall dates back to 1937 when it opened as a movie theatre. Now beautifully updated, it is on a technological par with other similar facilities in  the state.

•  Accommodates up to 1300 guests in auditorium and up to 100 guests on stage seated

The Starlight Room:
The Starlight Room is a 1,730 square foot fully-accessible reception hall with dramatic 15’ floor to ceiling windows.
The Starlight Room is a perfect space for a private reception, pre or post show party, conferences, and presentations.
The Starlight Room also offers:
•   Private VIP entrance, separate from the theatre
•   Private restrooms
•   VIP access to theatre seating
•   Coat Check
•   Can accommodate up to 300 for a reception, 100 for a meeting, and 70 for a sit down, catered event

The Balcony Lobby/Art Upstairs Gallery:
The Balcony Lobby is a 1,300 square foot art gallery with full-service bar for private receptions.

•   Can accommodate up to 75 standing
•   Has a permanent bar
•   Art Upstairs Gallery features New Jersey’s  finest painters, photographers and sculptors
(this area is accessible by stairs only)

Rental organizations are also required to provide proof of $1,000,000 in liability insurance naming the theatre as a co-insured.
