The Community Theatre Rentals
The Community Theatre is a 1200+ seat fully equipped performing arts space. In addition there are smaller locations at the venue that may be available as reception spaces and meeting rooms.

Rental includes the theatre complex, basic lighting, Front of House management and ushers, basic curtains and soft goods, lighting technician and sound engineer. Additional production personnel and equipment will be required at an additional charge depending on the technical requirements of the performance.

The Theatre is available for rental basis on a space available basis. Rental rates are based on day of the week of the rental, technical requirements, type of performance and other factors. Discounts are provided for not-for-profit organizations.

Additional charges will be incurred for ticketing systems and sales; additional technical requirements; stagehands and other personnel; merchandise sales; recording; specialized equipment; sound system requirements; backline requirements, security and any other additional services.

Rental organizations are also required to provide proof of $1,000,000 in liability insurance naming the theatre as a co-insured.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are currently being taken.

There are two main subscription plans

A “Create Your Own Subscription” involves purchasing tickets to four or more performances at once.

The “Family Subscription” involves ticket purchases amongst Sunday Kids Club (shows for children 10 and under), Garden State Spotlight performances and events from the Wonder Series category.
