Box Office Policies

Box Office Hours
Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm
Box Office is open 2 hours prior to performances, including Sundays.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets unless a performance is cancelled. CYO subscribers must exchange tickets 48 hours prior to a performance.

Inclement Weather policy
If a performance goes on even though the weather is poor, The Community Theatre is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is canceled, refunds or exchanges into other performances will be offered. The Community Theatre will make every effort to notify you in case of a cancellation.

Late seating policy
Late seating can be disruptive to the performer and to the audience. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the artist and Community Theatre staff. Patrons arriving late for a performance may be required to stand outside the Hall or sit in a pre-designated area of the theatre until intermission or until an appropriate brake allows seating without disruption to the performance.

Lost Tickets
The Box Office can reprint your tickets provided you can verify that you have purchased them.

Electronic Recording Devices policy
Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Theatre at its discretion. Please silence cell phones prior to entering the Theatre.

Gift Certificates
Available in various denominations. Contact the Box Office.

Group Sales
Groups of 10 or more can save, depending upon seat location and group size. Some performances do not have group discounts. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Ask for Group Sales: 973.539.0345 ext. 6517.

Accessibility
The orchestra section is accessible to all patrons. The balcony is not accessible by wheelchair. There is no elevator to second floor. If you need special seating arrangements, please advise our box office representatives at the time of purchase.

Assisted listening devices are available upon request.

Subscription orders are currently being taken.

There are two main subscription plans

A “Create Your Own Subscription” involves purchasing tickets to four or more performances at once.

The “Family Subscription” involves ticket purchases amongst Sunday Kids Club (shows for children 10 and under), Garden State Spotlight performances and events from the Wonder Series category.
