Box Office Hours
Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm
Box Office is open 2 hours prior to performances, including Sundays.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any performance unless a performance is cancelled. CYO subscribers must exchange tickets 48 hours prior to a performance.
Inclement Weather policy
If a performance goes on even though the weather is poor, the Mayo Performing Arts Center is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is canceled, refunds or exchanges into other performances will be offered. The Theatre will make every effort to notify you in case of a cancellation.
Late seating policy
Late seating can be disruptive to the performer and to the audience. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the artist and the Mayo Performing Arts Center staff. Patrons arriving late for a performance may be required to stand outside the Hall or sit in a pre-designated area of the theatre until intermission or until an appropriate brake allows seating without disruption to the performance.
The Box Office can reprint your tickets provided you can verify that you have purchased them.
MPAC reserves the right to change Mail delivery method to Will Call Pickup on tickets at our discretion requiring patrons to pick up tickets at Will Call. Tickets changed from Mail to Will Call Pickup must be picked up at the venue with valid Photo ID.
Electronic Recording Devices policy
Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Theatre at its discretion. Please silence cell phones prior to entering the Theatre.
Lap Seating policy
Any person entering the Theatre must be ticketed. Children may sit on parents' laps but they must be accounted for with a ticket.
While we do not have a strict policy on whether or not a child should attend a performance, please note that many of our events are not appropriate for young children. Most comedy shows include language and content for mature audiences only. Just because an artist is "clean" on TV does not mean he or she will be clean in person. Also, we do not recommend that anyone under the age of 3 or 4 attend performances, unless that performance is specifically geared toward that age range. Please respect the experience of the people sitting around you if you plan to bring a young child. Check our Kids Club and Wonder Series for shows geared for families with younger children.
The Box Office can help to determine if a performance is appropriate for your child.
Available in various denominations. Contact the Box Office.
Groups of 10 or more can save, depending upon seat location and group size. Some performances do not have group discounts. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Ask for Group Sales: 973.539.0345 ext. 6517.
Third Party Ticket Sellers
The Mayo Performing Arts Center does not work with or endorse any third party ticket sellers except NJArtsTix.com. We are not responsible for any purchases made through third party ticket services. If a performance is cancelled, and you purchased tickets via a third-party ticket operator, you must contact them.
The orchestra section is accessible to all patrons. The balcony is not accessible by wheelchair. There is no elevator to second floor. If you need special seating arrangements, please advise our box office representatives at the time of purchase.
Assisted listening devices are available upon request.
