Master Classes and Workshops

Arrangements are made for many of our featured performances to further enlighten our audiences with master classes or special workshops for students and community members.

These programs have traveled to many local colleges, high schools and elementary schools all over New Jersey.




Gilbert & Sullivan Master Class
On Thursday, February 23rd, 2012, New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players' Managing Director, David Wannen, conducted a Musical Theatre Audition Master Class in the MPAC Starlight Room. David coached local college students through their audition songs and offered intuitive advice and tips to help the students succeed in the professional audition room. Janine Papio (Senior - Drew University), Mikayla Petrilla (Freshman - Farleigh Dickinson University), Nicole Lowenstein (Senior - Montclair State University), Kristina Nieskens (Junior - Montclair State University) Evan Ruggiero (Senior - Montclair State University), and Montana Bryne (8th Grade – Harding Township School) participated.

IN THE HEIGHTS Tour
Saturday, October 22nd, with members of the In the Heights Tour.

   

CATS Tour
Sunday, January 30th, with members from the cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats!
